Misplaced your confirmation or have questions regarding your tickets?
You can use Customer Service Portal to assist you with ticket queries and amends, including:
- Updating your details such as email and delivery address
- Re-sending your confirmation email and download e-tickets
- Locating own to check details - search with booking email address
- Accessing the live chat to help with other queries
- Submitting a query to the See Tickets agents
If you have any issues downloading your ticket/s, you will be able to visit the Ticket Query box office when you arrive at the show and they will be able to print your ticket/s for you.
Disabled Visitor Information
Carers admitted free
If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the show on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge to assist you.
Please select this ticket type during the online booking process. You will need proof of disability to be admitted.
If you opt for on-the-door tickets, visit the Box Office when you arrive at the NEC to collect your carer ticket when you buy your own. You will need to bring proof of disability with you to arrange this.
Parking and Assistance
Disabled parking bays for blue badge holders are allocated upon arrival by NEC traffic staff. The NEC disabled parking is charged at the standard rate.
A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available to hire free of charge to registered disabled visitors. Pre-booking is advised.
